A DIY gone wrong over the weekend and these guys came out first things Monday morning after a quick google search and last minute 9:00 am call! Super nice, very polite, efficient, double checked my circuit breaker, showed me the errors in my fixture wiring, how to check it next time, corrected the labeling so i can easily do it next time and was out in 45 minutes to get back to work. As someone who can usually take care of things myself and refuse to call for help (although electrical is not my area of expertise, obviously!), I say - call these guys. They'll help you out, they'll be reasonable, and they'll show you what you need to know. Thanks for doing a great job Electric Direct!

I have used Electric Direct a couple of times now to replace in stages the 80 year old wiring in my house. Dan may not be the cheapest electrician -- though his prices are within reason -- but he and his crew do first rate work, take their time, and don't cut corners. I don't mind paying a bit more when the work is done right and smart. They use top quality components and are generous with the wire and staples (unlike some, they don't drill holes through joists simply to save themselves a few feet or wire!). But I especially appreciate the trouble they take in figuring out and explaining (at no extra charge) the problems ahead in the next stage of rewiring my house.

Dan and crew are great. Unlike other services, they did a complete analysis of the situation and provided a precise quote in advance. We had them replace 90 year old knob-and-tube wiring, install a new 200 amp service line & panel, and run some CAT6 Ethernet lines from basement to 3rd floor -- a fairly major project. Their price was competitive and we knew exactly what we were getting into. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept us well informed during the project. We were very satisfied with the high quality of the work and their professionalism.

The guys installed recessed lighting in multiple rooms and went out of their way to hang an insanely heavy vintage chandelier in the great room that looks amazing. Dan was very responsive and helpful. In a crazy time where contractors are swamped they were able to get the major items/inspection punchlist done before we move in. The house was clean and the quote was accurate. We will definitely be using them for all of our electric needs!

Reliable and honest
Dan from Electric Direct gave a real accurate overrview of the work and time frame to completion. This was an entire office rehab. Dan had to synchronize the job and plans with the plumber and carpenters, which went very smoothly. Will use again, and reccomend highly.

Neat Work
Dan Brewer of Electic Direct does extremely good work. He is very detailed and takes great care that his finished product is neat. He also keeps the area he is working clean and orderly and when he's finished everything is clean and back in place. I highly recommend his service. I have used him for many projects around my home. From rewiring a room and adding speakers to putting in outlet timers. He is definitely a five star service provider.
